	The Magnolia House project in Franklin, TN was an early example of an increasingly-popular application of pedestal-set paver decks:  restaurant seating expansion.    In warmer climates,  owners can offer their clientele   open-air environs in which to enjoy their dining without purchasing additional real estate.
