| Architects designing the Jadwin Plaza between Fine and Jadwin Halls at Princeton wanted the longitudinal paver joints running the entire length of the deck to be dead straight - and they wanted each column in front of Jadwin Hall to be bisected by one of them. Problem: no two columns on the vintage Ivy League classroom building were the same distance apart. Solution: by slightly varying the width of darker accent-paver bands, Syrstone and SRS were able to satisfy the design intent. |
