		While the new office building of Hewitt Holdings LLC in Norwalk does have Hanover slab pavers on SRS - including pit area in which pedestals nearly four feet high had to be constructed - perhaps the most important application of SRS at the site was its use as the support and leveling medium for the broad, long stairway leading up to the deck.    By installing front-edge-finished Hanover pavers (matching those on the decks) as treads and cut slab pavers as risers, all on SRS pedestals,  Syrstone was able to provide sub-tread drainage down the staircase and to compensate for irregularly cast core steps with relative ease, resulting in a clean, stable stairway which matched the pavers on the deck exactly.
